By creating an account and using Shortlisted, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Shortlisted provides
Shortlisted is an AI-powered tool that helps you tailor your CV and cover letter for specific job applications. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or that any generated document will pass any particular employer's screening process.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your CV and any documents you submit to employers.
- You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
4. Subscription and billing
- The free plan includes a limited number of AI generations. This allowance does not renew.
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
5. Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of your CV content and any documents generated using your data. Shortlisted does not claim any rights over your content.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Shortlisted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose. Always review AI-generated documents before submitting them to employers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shortlisted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
